Core structure and functions
The production line adopts a modular design concept and consists of four core modules: a vertical lifting system, a multi-layer stacking platform, a safety protection screen and a power transmission line. The vertical lifting system is equipped with a high-power electric hoist and a precision chain transmission mechanism. It has smooth lifting and accurate positioning, and can bear the vertical handling needs of mattresses of different specifications. The multi-layer stacking platform adopts a high-strength steel structure with strong load-bearing capacity on a single layer. It supports simultaneous stacking and storage of multi-layer mattresses and maximizes the use of the vertical space of the factory.
