The large-scale production design of three-wheeled and two-wheeled electric vehicles adopts a modular plate-chain conveying system to realize the full process of automated operations from pre-assembly of the frame to off-line of the whole vehicle. The total length of the line body can be customized according to production capacity requirements (standard configuration is 50-120 meters), the design beat time is 60-120 seconds/set, and the daily production capacity of a single shift can reach 300-600 vehicles.
1.Structure characteristics of wire body
The main body of the line body adopts a high-strength steel plate chain conveyor belt with a carrying capacity of ≥200kg/m. The surface is anti-slip and wear-resistant, and is adapted to the precise positioning of the electric vehicle frame fixture. The conveying system is equipped with a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor, and the running speed is infinitely adjustable from 0.5 to 5m/min to ensure that the assembly rhythm is synchronized with the process requirements. Aluminum alloy process billboards, tool hangers and material buffer areas are equipped on both sides of the line to achieve “hands-on” feeding and reduce the moving distance of the operating station.
